Peekshures!!

Alright! I'm really bad at this blogging thing i've been told, so i will try to keep up with it better... (thats what she said) *snicker*  I am consitently taking pictures with my phone and because they're "phone pics" I feel like they aren't worthy of showing off (i'm told being a perfectionist is obnoxious) but when my wife is looking through the pictures on my phone saying "what the heck? why haven't i seen this picture?",  apparently they are good enough (plus he's quite the photogenic baby). Okay i think i've used more than my alloted parenthetical quips. So without further adieu, here are the pictures. On a side note what the heck does "without further adieu" even mean? without further goodbye? nonsensicall nothingness, but it's fun to say so just deal with it, oh yes the pictures... umm.. i'm not gonna say anymore..  play the pictures now.

Birth Announcement!

Yes he's already a month old as of last thursday, but i finally got his announcements done. Here it is!

Yuen Lui (or as i like to call it, Pssh.. i could do that)

So we took the boy to the "professionals" to have his portraits done.  At 3 weeks old he did amazingly well with the "photographer" he didn't get fussy, didn't cry.. just sat there, as baby's do, and hammed it up for the camera. I will now go into the meanings behind my quotes. The photographer was some chick barely outta highschool (god, i sound old) that had a preset camera in her hand, she spent most of the time gooing over him and completely missing the good smiles we were getting out of him. At one point Chante told me she wanted to say to the girl, "could you please just hand that camera to my husband so we can get a real picture?" I said we should have made her feel better by saying she'd still get credit for taking them.  Then after the pictures were taken they pulled the typical move of "oh yes, pick one pose, but if you want more that'll be one-hundred BILLION dollars" The girl ACTUALLY put her pinky to her mouth when she said that! can you believe it? okay i hope you didn't cuz she didn't actually, but you could imagine what it'd be like if she did. No? You can't? Oh.. okay, wellllll this is awkward.. cuz i totally could. Anyway, We ended up bending over and getting another pose as well but after all is said and done it turned out well and i was actually glad we did that. but now i know just what they do there and can recreate it myself for the next time! Take that yuen lui. HA! Your "pinky-to-corner-of-mouth" days are over with this family! Now look at this ridiculously cute kid!
